WHAT: Widely known for her popular series "Pati’s Mexican Table" and "La Frontera," 4x James Beard award-winning chef, bestselling author and Emmy-nominated TV host Pati Jinich premieres her newest series "PATI JINICH EXPLORES PANAMERICANA" April 29 on PBS Primetime. The three-part docuseries highlights the Pan-American Highway, a symbol of connection and collaboration between countries from Alaska to Argentina as Pati expands her focus of fording bonds between her homeland of Mexico and her current home of the U.S. Recently named to the ”Post Next 50: 50 People Shaping Our Society in 2025”, Pati is available to talk about her work, the new series, her mission to forge bonds through food, and more.
