Tennessee Titans Pro Bowl defensive tackle and three-time Walter Payton Man of the Year Club winner Jeffery Simmons is available in connection with his recent community work with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville.
On March 22, 2026, Simmons attended the Titans ONE Community and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of 12 new homes built through a $120,000 grant from the Titans’ Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund.
During the event, after hearing one family’s story, Jeffery and his Give Em A Reason foundation surprised them by pledging to pay their mortgage for one full year. The moment was especially meaningful for Simmons, who has spoken openly about understanding what it feels like to move from place to place and not always have a stable home.
As Jeffery shared at the ceremony:
“I know what it feels like to not have a stable home, so that’s what hit home. My foundation is called Give Em A Reason, and this family gave Habitat for Humanity a reason to give you a home, so this is my gift to you for the work that you put into becoming homeowners.”
