04 Your content

You retain ownership of Content you submit to Interview Hub.

You grant Interview Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, display and distribute your Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve and operate the Service.

For Content you choose to publish through the Interview Hub network, marketplace or your organization's public Interview Hub, this license includes the ability to display, distribute and promote that Content through Interview Hub, embedded customer pages, newsletters, search results and other Interview Hub distribution channels.

Media requests and related communications may be shared with the organization or publicist responsible for the relevant opportunity so that the request can be reviewed and handled.

06 Marketplace & platform role

Interview Hub connects publicists, talent, agencies and media professionals and provides tools that allow users to discover opportunities, communicate, request interviews and coordinate media activity.

Interview Hub is not a party to interviews, editorial decisions, bookings, representation agreements, coverage agreements or other arrangements made between users.

Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities, requests, participants and information provided through the Service.

Interview Hub does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or suitability of any particular listing, opportunity or participant.

We do not guarantee that use of Interview Hub will result in an interview, booking, placement, publication, media coverage, business relationship or other professional outcome.

Interview Hub provides the network and infrastructure that help PR and media connect and work together. Editorial decisions and professional outcomes remain with the participating parties.

07 Outreach tracking

Interview Hub may provide tools that allow organizations to track outbound media outreach by uploading outreach information, forwarding messages or copying an Interview Hub tracking address on communications.

These features may process information such as sender, recipient, subject, date and related information in order to associate outreach with a client, talent profile, opportunity or report.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority necessary to upload, forward or otherwise provide information contained in those communications.

Interview Hub may use automated tools to attempt to associate outreach with an existing client, talent profile or opportunity. Users may be asked to confirm or correct a match.

Interview Hub does not require users to send pitches through the Service and does not claim ownership of customer press lists, contact lists or professional relationships.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable monthly or annual billing period until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Interview Hub and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes and other amounts you authorize.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Interview Hub expressly states otherwise.

We may change pricing, packaging or plan features from time to time. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated as required and will generally apply beginning with a future billing period.

Enterprise and custom customers may be subject to separate order forms, statements of work or agreements. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the separately signed agreement will control with respect to the conflict.

Interview Hub may offer free trials, introductory pricing or other promotional access to paid features.

The duration of the trial, applicable limitations and the subscription price that will apply after the trial will be disclosed when you sign up.

If you provide a payment method when starting a trial, your paid subscription may begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Interview Hub may limit trial eligibility, including limiting trials to new customers or organizations, and may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

11 Cancellation & plan changes

You may cancel a subscription using the account or billing controls provided through the Service or through another cancellation method we make available.

Unless otherwise disclosed at purchase, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you may continue using the applicable paid features through that date.

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge. Downgrades may take effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

Access to features, customization, storage or other functionality may change if you downgrade or cancel your subscription.

12 Distribution & syndication

Interview Hub may allow users and organizations to distribute Content through the Interview Hub network, their own public Interview Hub, embedded pages, newsletters and other Interview Hub channels.

Interview Hub may also offer optional syndication or distribution to third-party media organizations, platforms, publishers or other destinations.

Where additional syndication destinations are offered, Interview Hub may distribute Content to those destinations when you select, enable or otherwise authorize that distribution.

Distribution and syndication availability may depend on subscription plan, participating partners, editorial criteria, technical availability or other requirements.

Interview Hub does not guarantee that distributed or syndicated Content will receive views, responses, requests, interviews, publication or other results.

13 Embedded Interview Hubs

Interview Hub may allow customers to display Interview Hub pages or functionality on their own websites using iframe technology, embed code or similar tools.

Customers are responsible for their own websites, domains, content, privacy notices and legal obligations associated with those sites.

Interview Hub retains ownership of the underlying software, technology and functionality made available through an embed.

We may update embed technology, functionality or technical requirements as the Service evolves.

Unless otherwise included in a customer's plan or separate agreement, Interview Hub branding may appear on public or embedded Interview Hub pages.

14 Third-party services

Interview Hub may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Shopify, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, Typeform, Zapier, Formspree, Algolia and Google Workspace.

We may also offer integrations with calendars, email providers, newsletter platforms, CRM systems and other software.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies issued by those providers.

Interview Hub is not responsible for third-party services, outages, modifications or actions outside our reasonable control.

15 Intellectual property

Interview Hub owns or licenses the Service, software, interfaces, technology, workflows, designs, trademarks, logos, branding and other intellectual property that make up the Interview Hub platform.

Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, no rights in Interview Hub intellectual property are transferred to users.

Interview Hub names, logos and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without permission.

16 Availability & changes to the Service

Interview Hub is an evolving product. We may update, modify, improve, replace, add or remove features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, available or error-free.

Temporary outages or limitations may occur due to maintenance, third-party providers, security events, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Enterprise customers may receive separate service commitments where expressly agreed in writing.

17 Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

Interview Hub does not warrant that information submitted by users is accurate, complete, current or reliable.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific functionality, particular distribution, media responses, interviews, bookings, coverage, placements or other professional outcomes.

18 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interview Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data arising out of or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Hub's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Interview Hub during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

19 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Interview Hub and its owners, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from or related to:

  • Your Content.

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your violation of another person's or organization's rights.

20 Suspension & termination

Interview Hub may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect Interview Hub, its users or third parties.

Reasons may include nonpayment, security risks, unlawful activity, misuse of the Service, repeated complaints, abuse or material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Interview Hub at any time, subject to applicable subscription cancellation obligations.

Following termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, accrued payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and disputes.

21 Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Except where prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in California rather than through a jury trial.

You and Interview Hub agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court where eligible or seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief where permitted by law.

22 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Interview Hub and its services evolve.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email or by posting the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
