Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 18, 2025
By using Interview Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Service
- The Interview Hub website and related tools, emails, and integrations.
- Content
- Text, images, listings, profiles, links, and other materials on or through the Service.
- Listings
- Interview opportunities and directory profiles submitted by users.
- User/You
- Anyone accessing or using the Service (e.g., publicists, media, creators).
2. Eligibility & Accounts
The Service is for users 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Your Content & License
You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant Interview Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, modify for formatting/clarity, promote, distribute, and syndicate Listings across our site, emails, search tools, and partner channels. This license survives removal of the Listing to the extent copies are needed for archival, compliance, or previously made distributions.
You represent you have the rights to submit the Content and that it does not infringe privacy, publicity, or IP rights.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Impersonation, harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
- Scraping, bulk downloading, or reverse-engineering the Service.
- Posting confidential information without permission.
- Uploading malware or interfering with security or operations.
5. Marketplace Role
Interview Hub connects publicists and media. We are not a party to any interview, booking, or outcome; we do not guarantee bookings, placements, or results; and we do not provide legal or professional advice.
6. Payments & Listings
- Some features (e.g., directory inclusion, premium placement) are paid.
- Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
- Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes.
7. Our IP
The Service, trademarks, and software are owned by Interview Hub or licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Shopify, Stripe, Typeform, Zapier, Formspree, Algolia, and others. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party actions or outages.
9. DMCA & Copyright
If you believe material infringes your copyright, email hi@interviewhub.co with: your contact info; the work claimed infringed; the material’s URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Interview Hub and its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We aim to resolve disputes informally. If not resolved within 30 days, you and Interview Hub agree to binding, individual arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the Federal Arbitration Act. No class actions or jury trials.
Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing hi@interviewhub.co with “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflicts rules).
15. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If a term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
- Entire agreement: These Terms plus referenced policies are the entire agreement.
