By using Interview Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Interview Hub is a marketplace that connects publicists and media to book interviews faster.

01Definitions

Service: Interview Hub website, tools, and communications.

Content: Listings, profiles, and submitted materials.

Listings: Interview opportunities and directory entries.

02Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use the Service. You’re responsible for your account and activity.

03Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to host, display, distribute, and promote it across the platform and related channels.

You confirm you have the rights to submit the content.

We may use submitted data to power search, matching, recommendations, and platform improvements.

04Prohibited Uses

  • Spam, harassment, or impersonation
  • Scraping, data extraction, or reverse engineering
  • Misusing contact information
  • Posting confidential or unauthorized information
  • Interfering with platform security

05Marketplace Role

Interview Hub connects publicists and media but is not a party to bookings or agreements.

We don’t guarantee interviews, placements, or outcomes.

Interview Hub provides access to opportunities — outcomes depend on the parties involved.

Users agree not to bypass or circumvent the platform to complete opportunities introduced through Interview Hub.

06Payments

  • Some features are paid (directory listings, premium placement)
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated
  • Pricing and features may change
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes

07Intellectual Property

The Service, brand, and software are owned by Interview Hub and protected by law.

08Third Parties

We integrate with services like Shopify, Stripe, Typeform, Zapier, Formspree, and Algolia. Their terms apply separately.

09Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months or $100.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Interview Hub from claims related to your use or content.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

13Disputes

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in California. No class actions.

14Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
