A virtual press day for Chris Hemsworth: A Road Trip to Remember — a personal and uplifting exploration of the powerful link between brain health and social connection. The documentary follows Chris Hemsworth and his father, Craig, as they embark on a heartfelt journey across Australia, revisiting key places from their past while uncovering groundbreaking research showing that connection isn’t just good for the soul—it can also reduce the risk of dementia, slow cognitive decline, and even prolong life.

About the Film

In this intimate documentary, Chris Hemsworth turns the spotlight away from himself and toward his father, who was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Determined to help, Chris designs a therapeutic “road trip back in time,” guided by scientific and medical experts, to explore how love, nostalgia, and community can strengthen the mind and the heart. Along the way, he meets experts who share how social connection may hold the key to lifelong brain health.
